Here's the well know sword and belt of the constellation Orion. Towards the bottom of the photograph is the large nebula and star forming region known as the Orion nebula. Just above it is a fainter blue reflection nebula known as the running man. The three bright stars near the top making a diagonal are the stars of Orion's belt. Below the left star, silhouetted by a very dim red glow is the famous Horsehead nebula. To the upper left of the same star is the Flame nebula.
