Castillo de San Cristobal
San Juan, Puerto Rico

On 26 February 1998 there was a total eclipse of the sun that provided a great reason to go to the Caribbean. I took a cruise on the beautiful Dawn Princess, that started and ended in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Castillo de San Cristobal is one of the old forts that protected the walled city of San Juan (now known as Old San Juan) from attack. I took these photographs with an Olympus OM-3 using a variety of Olympus Zuiko fixed focal length lenses. I scanned them image with a Nikon Coolscan LS-2000 and used Adobe Photoshop for image processing. Photographs by Rick Scott.
